Do you offer custom industrial valves?

We offer a large selection of customer configurations and have the parts available to ship quickly. We also have the ability to offer a custom designed ball valve configuration based on your particular application.

No matter how complicated the job or short the turnaround time, we’re always willing to take a look to see if we can help you with your application – we are your industrial valve application solution source.

I need valves by the end of the week. Can you help me out?

Yes. We typically have stock inventory of all our standard configuration valves. For small order quantities – even for custom configurations – we can typically ship next day and sometimes even same day, depending on our production loading and stocking levels.

Do you have a minimum order quantity.

No. We’ll sell you 1 valve, or 10,000. (Preferably 10,000)

Do you sell direct?

Yes, in cases where we don’t have an active distributor in your area, we can sell to you directly.

Do you sell internationally?

Yes. We have distributors over seas, and in areas where we don’t, we can sell to you direct. For overseas direct sales, we require 100% payment via bank transfer before shipment.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, for some orders within the USA over $6000, we pick up the freight.

What is the return policy?

Lance will accept returns on standard configuration valves.  A minimum 20% restocking fee will apply. For products that are custom configured or special orders a restocking additional fees may be applied. Lance reserves to the right to not accept returns based on the particular configuration requested for return.
